No-Cook Meals For Those Hot Summer Days

Even on the hottest days of summer, you still need to eat. However, this doesn’t mean you have to stand over a hot stove for hours just to get a delicious and healthy meal. Instead, make these meals and save yourself the sweat while keeping all the nutrition.

Breakfast

Overnight oats are the way to go for a stove-free breakfast. Just combine oats with either milk or water, and pour in chia seeds. Keep in your fridge overnight and in the morning you’ll be all set!

Lunch

For lunch, make this easy, creamy red pepper soup. Instead of cooking the peppers and adding cream or butter, replace these dairy products with an avocado! Simply put red peppers, carrots, and avocado in a blender and whizz it up! You can either keep the soup cold or nook it in the microwave.

Dinner

Zoodles are not only a great alternative to pasta for gluten-free folks, but also an easy way to have that same pasta texture without waiting for water to boil and having a face full of steam. Instead, just spiralize a zucchini, add tomato sauce or pesto, finish with herbs and you have a filling raw meal for you to enjoy.
