Who said we must exclude pasta from our diet?

A study was conducted on behalf of the National Pasta Association and the results showed that pasta eaters are more likely to have a greater intake of vitamins, minerals and under-consumer nutrients. Results also show that people who eat pasta regularly have a lower intake of saturated fat and extra sugar.

For the first time, pasta could actually be good for you!
The research was done on US adults aged 19 and above and the results concluded that those who eat pasta have a higher level of iron, magnesium, folate and fiber.

Therefore, pasta form an important part of a balanced diet and should not be excluded from your diet, opposite, you should consider eating more pasta but without exceeding the recommended quantity (size of a tennis ball).
