A milkshake is one of those drinks which can be made in a thousand different ways. Some insist on using only real ice cream, whilst others stick to a milk, yogurt, and fruit combination. The beauty of this treat is that if you’re making it yourself, you can adapt it to suit your own tastes. One thing that is clear is that artificial flavorings, such as syrups, do nothing to elevate a milkshake to the drink of your dreams. Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 scoop of natural (fat-free) yogurt
  • 180 milliliter of milk
  • 1/2 a ripe banana
