You may think this talented guy is a professional chef, but he’s not. In fact, he’s a full-time tenants-rights lawyer who works for a nonprofit. He’s also the father of a one-year-old who uses little free time he has to create these succulents and share them with the world. Making pasta is his way to relax. It reminds him of his Italian-American grandmother who’s no longer alive.
His work recently went viral on TikTok. The first try at succulent pasta gathered some useful feedback, so he acknowledged it, added the terracotta pots, and got a winner. “The response really blew me away!”, he told Popsugar. “I’m happy that it was able to make so many people smile.”

His Instagram page has over 15,000 followers, but his TikTok really blew up.
