Tahini is such a fabulous salad dressing because it provides you with extra nutrients including protein! And making it couldn’t be easier. All you have to do is pour 1/3 cup of raw tahini into a bowl. Add in 1/3 cup of water, 1 garlic clove diced, 1/4 cup of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix everything together well and you’ll have a creamy dressing in no time.
If you want to go for a less sour vinaigrette but still want a bit of acid, go for this orange version. The best thing is that this dressing is that it can be made in a jar! Just add 1/3 cup of orange juice with 1/2 tablespoon of honey, 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar, a few leaves of fresh chopped basil and 1/4 of salt and pepper each. Cover the jar and shake well until everything is combined and pour over your favorite salad.
