A Small Detail That Will Make Your Scrambled Eggs Tastier

Here’s a trick to make your scrambled eggs a million times better. I am pretty sure you didn’t think about it earlier, but the trick is to put the eggs (before cooking) in a food processor (a blender would be fine as well).

Why in a Food Processor?
When you put the eggs in a food processor (or a blender), little bubbles are fluffed into the mix, making it lighter. Afterwards, put them in a pan with olive oil. Add some salt and pepper and it’s all done.

It’s a small little detail but it will make your breakfast so much better. Of course, don’t do it every single day because washing a food processor afterwards is less fun .. But if you want to spoil yourself, go for it !
