Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese
- 1/2 cup iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 pounds ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 beefsteak tomatoes
Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the ground beef and taco seasoning and cook for 8 minutes, regularly breaking up the meat into chunks until no longer pink.
