A Square of Dark Chocolate is Strongly Recommended

If you’re like me and you’re a real Chocolate-fan, this one is for you. There are many types of Chocolate but not all of them are healthy, far from there. Let’s deep into the ones that are considered a Super Food: the dark chocolate and cacao nibs. Dark chocolate contains between 70 and 99 percent of cacao. The higher cacao content leads to a stronger taste in the dark chocolate than in the milk chocolate for example.
