Ingredients:
- 8 mozzarella sticks
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- pretzel salt
- all-purpose flour

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. While you wait, pour 10 cups of water into a pot and stir in the baking soda. Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
- Roll the dough out to a 15″ x 12″ rectangle. Cut the dough into 12 rectangles.
- In the center of each rectangle, insert half a mozzarella stick. By breaking them in half, you’ll have 16 cheese sticks, leaving four left over.
- Cook each rectangle for about 30 seconds until it puffs up.
