You don’t have to be a cooking pro to prepare this tasty dish. Some people prefer cooking carrots for a couple of minutes before roasting them in a honey glaze, but using fresh ones is a better option if you want your carrots to stay crunchy.
Ingredients:
- 750 grams carrots
- 10 milliliters honey
- 10 milliliters olive oil
- 10 milliliters balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Chopped parsley
Instructions:
- While preheating the oven at 400ºF, place your carrots on a baking sheet, washed and rinsed with carrot tops removed.
- Mix honey, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil and pour it over the carrots, until properly coated.
- Bake the carrots until caramelized and glazed for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season the roasted carrots with salt and pepper and garnish them with chopped parsley before serving.
