During the pandemic many of us started baking and breads and baked goods became a staple in our homes. But now that wer’re more than a year in, it’s time to embrace some healthier recipes and the latest TikTok trend is all about that. Have you heard of nature’s cereal?

We recently started seeing videos on this platform that show how to make nature’s cereal, the breakfast alternative to classic cereal that’s healthier and contains fewer calories. You make it by putting a bunch of fruit in a bowl and pour some coconut water over it.

The recipe went viral after it was shared by Lizzo, who posted a video of herself eating and wrote a short description saying that “it’s addicting”. The hashtag #NaturesCereal will tell you everything you need to know about this new breakfast food, which gives you a lot of energy in the morning and helps regulate food habits, especially if you’re struggling with eating too many carbs.
