- 2 x 750 ml sparkling apple juice
- 500 ml boiling water
- 3 sliced fresh red apples
- fresh thyme
- ice cubes

When the time is up, mix the water, vanilla extract and apricots together. Place them all in a blender and start pulsing.
Once you get a puree you can divide the mixture into 6 glasses.
To finish off the apricot and apple fizz you need to add ice and sparkling apple juice to the glasses. Decorate each glass with fresh thyme and apple slices. Enjoy!
