Did I say you can make breast of chicken three different ways?
Chicken Katsu Over Caesar Salad
The Katsu is a popular Japanese dish, it’s a deep fried chicken breast cutlet coated with the favorite crispy Panko crumbs. It’s also known as Tori Katsu and refers to a Zen shout used in the Martial Arts. Serve over Caesar Salad.
Spicy Chicken Breast
So simple to make: just throw in the skillet a thin slice of chicken breast in some pre-heated Canola oil, add a tad of olive oil for taste, spice it up with salt, coarse black pepper and paprika, turn it over twice, cook for about ten minutes and you have a scrumptious juicy meal.
Serve with thyme, fresh green snow peas, some sauteed sweet potatoes in the skin, and a few slices of lemon.
Caramelized Zesty Chicken
This is a real one – two – three recipe! Place in a baking dish the best boneless chicken thighs you can find. Pour generously over it 1 cup honey, 1 cup sweet Teriyaki Sauce, and 1 cup Silan syrup – which is another kind of honey made of dates. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Serve warm and lick your fingers.
