Just because you’re the designated driver, doesn’t mean you should miss out on the drinking fun. The Driver’s Punch is a fruity, fun, and delicious mocktail to whip up at a party—especially baby showers!

In a medium sized freezer-friendly container, toss in ½ a cup of cranberries and cover with about 1 inch of water. Put it in the freezer until the contents are frozen (these will act sort of like “ice cubes”).
In a large jug or pitcher, add in about 6 ½ cups (1.5 liters) of cranberry juice with 1 cup of blood orange juice. Squeeze in 1 lime and mix all the contents together.
Grab an eight-highball glass, and mash in a few pieces of the frozen cranberry “ice cubes”.
Add 1 orange wedge, 1 lime wedge, and 1 sprig of mint to the glass.
Pour in the contents in the pitcher into the glass so that it’s about ¾ full.
Top off the mocktail with some sparkling apple cider.
