It seems like everyone has one of those Stanley Cups. You see people carrying them on the street, in the office, and around the gym. We don’t blame you if this made you want to get one, especially since they seem like they can survive fire and still keep your drink cold.
TikTok user @danimarielettering recently posted a video on social media that shows the aftermath of a car fire. The entire interior of the car is ruined, but there is one item that survived; her Stanley tumbler. On top of that, the tumbler still had unmelted ice inside. It really seems that the hype about these tumblers is well-deserved.
The video went viral, getting 77 million views since being posted earlier in November. It also got the attention of Stanley, which shared a stitch of the video on its own profile.
In the stitch, Stanley’s President Terence Reilly said that they saw the video and comments of other TikTok users, which called for the company to provide @danimarielettering with some Stanley products for free advertisement. Reilly said that Stanley would do that but also take it one step further by replacing the TikToker’s car.
