Ingredients
The ingredients you should get are: 2 large eggs, lightly beaten 6 tablespoons salted butter or coconut oil 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 3/4 cup chocolate chips 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 3 tablespoons tapioca starch 2/3 cup coconut sugar 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Set the oven to 350 F degrees and prepare a square baking pan.
Combine together the cocoa powder, salt, and tapioca starch. In a bowl melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
Grab a mixer and start beating the eggs. Use medium-high speed for 1 minute, then add the coconut sugar to the eggs. Continue mixing for 1 more minute.
Continue by adding the mix of chocolate chips and coconut oil. Mix until all the ingredients are blended together. Pour in the vanila extract.
The next step is to include the cocoa powder mixture. You should make sure that the paleo brownie has no lumps.
Get 1/2 of the chocolate chips and mix everything with your hand.
Fill the baking dish with the batter and place it in the oven. After 18 to 25 minutes you can check with a toothpick whether it’s ready. Wait for 10 minutes before you serve it.
