These milk have been proven to have plenty of health benefits and boast easier digestion compared to cow’s milk. They are low in calories and contain fiber, protein and various vitamins. Another great thing  about non-dairy milk is that until you open it, you don’t have to keep it in the fridge. Keeping non-dairy milk in the house is completely necessary for both sweet and savory dishes, so make sure you have one at all times!
