You Have to Try These Homemade Chicken Nuggets

A lot had been said about the quality of the chicken nuggets we tend to find in fast-food restaurants. But that doesn’t me we can’t have a healthier and more notorious version of this lovely snack. Here is a quick recipe just for you.

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams chicken breast diced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard   
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dry oregano
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl mix the flour and baking powder and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In another bowl mix the eggs, mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, and mustard.
  3. In a third bowl mix the bread crumbs and the oregano.
  4. In a medium pot heat the oil.
  5. Dip the chicken in the flour bowl, then in the eggs bowl, and then coat them in the bread crumbs bowl before putting them in the hot oil.
  6. Fry for about 3 minutes until golden. Enjoy.
