Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 1 package shake-and-mix pancake batter
- 3 tablespoons chunky applesauce
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
- Maple syrup (for serving)
Method
- Spray the inside of a coffee mug with cooking spray.
- Prepare shake-and-mix pancake batter according to the package directions.
- In a small bowl, mix ¾ cup of pancake mix, the chunky applesauce, the raisins, and the cinnamon sugar until combined.
- Pour the mixture into the mug. Microwave for 3 minutes.
- Serve with maple syrup.
