Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 large egg
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 16 ounces phyllo
- 21 ounces cherry pie filling
Instructions:
- Beat the cream cheese and a 1/4 cup sugar in a stand mixer for 2 minutes on a medium speed. Add sour cream and beat again. Finally, add egg and vanilla and repeat the process.
- Refrigerate the cream cheese mixture for at least 1 hour. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350°F.
