  • 1 1/4 sticks or 10 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed

  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso coffee granulates
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • About 12-15 fun-sized candy bars
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup M&Ms

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  2. Add butter to a large microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave for about 1 minute. Allow butter to cool for a bit.
  3. Add the eggs, sugar, coffee, and vanilla to the butter and mix.
  4. Add the cocoa powder, espresso granulates, and salt and mix.
  5. Add the flour and mix until it’s combined.
  6. Put two-thirds of the batter into the pan and set the rest of the batter aside.
  7. Put the candy bar pieces into the batter and distribute them evenly, making sure they are flat.
  8. Top with the remaining batter and cover the candy. Distribute the batter with a spatula or knife.
  9. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and M&Ms on top.
  10. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.
