You Can Make Your Own Popsicles At Home With All Natural Ingredients

Popsicles are one of the universally best ways to cool down during summer. Unfortunately, they are always loaded with sugar and artificial dyes that you don’t necessarily want to have in your body. There are so many different kinds of popsicles you can make using only a few ingredients that are all natural, so why not make them at home!

Creamy Mango

Mangos are always best in summer, so why don’t you use them to make your own popsicles! If you don’t have access to fresh ones, you can also use frozen. Puree the mangos in a food processor with coconut milk and some sort of sweetener like honey or agave, pour into popsicle molds and set!

Vegan Fudgesicles

Just because something is vegan doesn’t mean it can’t be delicious! These treats are such a cool throwback to your childhood. Put cocoa powder, full-fat coconut milk, very ripe bananas, a sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a food processor. Process until well combined, pour into popsicle molds and set!

Basic Fruit

If you are looking for a really simple popsicle, you can essentially make a smoothie and pour it into popsicle molds. Use any frozen fruits you like, along with a liquid of your choice (water, milk or orange juice) add a bit of sweetener and that’s all!
