Sometimes it can be hard to get your daily water intake in. Some people are good at downing liter after liter of water, but other people just forget to drink and then have to worry all the time about being dehydrated. If you’re the latter type, you can make your life a bit easier by eating super hydrating foods. Here are some we recommend.

Caesar Salad

Iceberg lettuce, and lettuce in general, has an incredibly high water content, so it’s a great way to get in your hydration. Naturally, one of the best ways to get a bunch of lettuce in a meal is to make a salad. Caesar is a delicious, classic option.

Fruit Cup or Smoothie

Pretty much the most hydrating type of food is fruit, which can contain up to 92% water (watermelon). So to get lots of water in one snack or meal, consider making a fruit cup or smoothie with all of the most hydrating fruits: watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, peaches, and oranges are all great choices.

Cauliflower

You might be surprised that cauliflower actually has a water content of 92%! So eating a nice portion of it in the form of cauliflower rice, cauliflower pizza crust, or cauliflower bites is a delicious way to hydrate.
