Looking For a Dinner Recipe? Try This Garlicky Lemon Baked Tilapia

Are you sick of chicken and are looking for something that’s easy to make, but will switch things up? Look no further as this tilapia comes together in less than 25 minutes and it’s all made in a single pan in the oven. The buttery, garlic lemon sauce gives this sometimes flavorless fish, a kick and we’re sure you’ll love it as much as we do.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tilapia
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
  • juice and zest from 1/2 a lemon
  • chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Season the tilapia with salt and pepper and place it on a small baking sheet.
  3. Mix together butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, and lemon zest and pour it over the tilapia. Place the lemon rounds on top and around the tilapia.
  4. Bake tilapia for 10 to 12 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve immediately and garnish with parsley.
