While peppermint is often associated with Christmas, you don’t have to wait until the holiday season to enjoy it. This peppermint fudge combines two of our favorite things—mint and chocolate—into one easy no-bake dessert. Here’s how to make it.

Ingredients:

  • Cooking spray
  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • Red peppermint candies, crushed, for topping

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil and spray the foil with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Stir until it’s melted and smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  4. Top with crushed peppermint candies and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Take the foil out of the pan and peel off the fudge before cutting the fudge into squares.
