Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups cold brew concentrate
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Pour the cold brew concentrate, vanilla, and 1/2 cup water into a measuring cup. Stir and divide evenly among 4 ice-pop molds. Freeze for at least one hour.
- Whisk the heavy cream and milk together in another measuring cup. Pour over the cold brew popsicles. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Once you’re ready to eat, remove the molds and immerse in warm water to release them.
