Selena Gomez made quite a splash with her HBO Max show Selena + Chef, and she cooked up something amazing just in time for the holiday season! Selena + Chef: Home for the Holidays is coming our way in this November, and it marks the start of her partnership with Food Network.
Back in May, Food Network announced they’re plotting two new shows alongside Gomez, including a “celebration-focused series just in time for the holidays” set to launch in late 2023. It turns out they were talking about Selena + Chef: Home for the Holiday, the four-part holiday special set to premiere on November 30.
This holiday special will be a true family affair for Gomez, and she’ll bring several family members and her best friend, Raquelle Stevens, on board. As always, she’ll get a helping hand in the kitchen from a team of professional chefs. Eric Adjepong, Alex Guarnaschelli, Michael Symon, and Claudette Zepeda will join her this time around, and they’ll help her prepare their favorite holiday dishes.
The list of dishes we’ll see them prepare will include roast beef and mashed potatoes, a surf-and-turf Christmas meal with steak and lobster, a Mexican feast featuring tamales, and a New Year brunch that includes shrimp with banana grits and malva pudding.
