Ingredients
- 1 ounce St-Germain
- 1 ounce soda water
- 1 lime wedge
- Juice of 1 lime
- 4 ounces Prosecco
- 5 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Fill a wine glass with the St-Germain, mint leaves, and lime juice.
- Muddle the mint leaves gently until they start to break down.
- Top up with ice before adding the Prosecco. Add the soda water before garnishing with some more mint and a lime wedge.
