Spice Up Your Summer With This Hugo Spritz

While an Aperol Spritz might be an Italian classic, sometimes it’s enjoyable to shake things up a little by trying something new. Here is your guide to making a Hugo Spritz that’s sure to spice up your summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce St-Germain
  • 1 ounce soda water
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 4 ounces Prosecco
  • 5 fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Fill a wine glass with the St-Germain, mint leaves, and lime juice.
  2. Muddle the mint leaves gently until they start to break down.
  3. Top up with ice before adding the Prosecco. Add the soda water before garnishing with some more mint and a lime wedge.
