Brooklyn Farm Girl pays tribute to one of Ireland’s most important crops by shaping a mixture of cream cheese, coconut, and powdered sugar into bite-sized candy “spuds” before rolling them in cinnamon to create the “peel.”
Give your sugar cookies a seasonal spin with this recipe by Jenna from Butternut Bakery. Starting with soft and fluffy bakery-style cookies, she adds a rich layer of homemade vanilla buttercream before topping it all off with a handful of Lucky Charms cereal. Baileys is a cream-based whiskey liquor that has been produced in Ireland since the 1970s.
