Dijon mustard is a French mustard that is much bolder and spicier than its cousin, yellow mustard. Dijon mustard has so many uses you’ll want to keep a jar in your fridge at all times.

Dijon Crusted Proteins

Dijon’s complex flavor profile makes it enhance any protein with ease. Simply rub dijon all over whatever you’re having for dinner tonight, and be amazed how much it amps up the flavor. Some of the best proteins to try it is with pork or salmon. It gives it a crunchy outside with a burst of flavor which everyone will love.

Dijon Devilled Eggs

This southern classic takes hardboiled eggs, mixes the yolks with mayo and fills it up again. Next time, try a bit of dijon in with the mix. It’ll give it a little heat but also mellow out the creaminess of the mayo with some acidity from the vinegar in the mustard.

Honey Mustard

There is something about the sweetness of honey mixed with the punch of mustard that is undeniably delicious. Add in a bit of mayo and some cayenne and mustard powder if you really want to kick it up in the heat department. Serve it up with fried chicken or have it out at a party and enjoy!
