- 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
- 9 oz vegan butter
- 2 oz desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 11 oz porridge oats

- 7 oz good quality 70% dark chocolate
- 9 oz golden syrup
Instructions
Set the oven to 350 F degrees and prepare an 8×8 inch cake pan.
Heat the sugar, vanilla, butter, and golden syrup together in a pan. Mix all the ingredients and when they are combined, you can add the coconut and oats. Stir again to combine the ingredients.
Add the mixture to the cake pan and make sure that it’s flat on top. Cook it for 20 minutes.
When you take it out the edges should be baked while the middle has to be just a little soft. If you don’t do this, the cookies will end up being too dry.
When the time is up, take out the cake pan and let it cool down for 10 minutes.
