We have all already heard that drinking tea often brings a lot of health benefits, but what about green tea?

Green tea is a powerful superfood that is made from Camellia Sinensis leaves that haven’t been fermented and therefore contain the highest level of antioxidants. Green tea is considered an anti-aging beverage, just like red wine, blueberries and dark chocolate. Although it contains a small amount of caffeine, green tea consumption has been associated with more health benefits than most of the healthiest foods you can find worldwide.
