Prepare the Base

Buy a bare classic pizza base and glaze it with olive oil. A good way to do this is to drizzle olive oil on it and then wipe it over with a brush. Make sure it goes all the way to the ends. This will make your pizza nice and crunchy. Then, apply tomato puree and cover the base with it.

Add Cheese

Put as much mozzarella cheese on as you would like. The more the better! If you like, you can also put on some cheddar cheese to give it a bit of an extra kick.

Add Toppings
