Fresh Vegetables
Whatever your meal consists of, you won’t go wrong if you add some fresh veggies to it. Use whatever you like or what’s in season. They will give your body all the vitamins and minerals it needs, plus a dose of fiber.
Healthy Fats
Whenever you can, use cold-pressed oils instead of processed fat. Bacon grease is also a good option, as well as dairy butter if your diet is not plant-based.
Processed Foods
Simply don’t buy snacks and processed foods and you’ll automatically eat less of them. We often eat something just because it’s convenient, so instead of stocking up your pantry with industrial snacks, make sure to always have fruits, vegetables, and nuts available.
