What’s better than Spaghetti carbonara? This one-pot technique that makes it simple to make and super delicious. You will want to make this one all the time. With the delicious Parmesan and Bacon, it adds a smoky flavor boost to the creamy pasta.

Ingredients:
* 4 slices Bacon, chopped
* 1 large shallot, chopped
* 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (fat-free cream)
* 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
* 3/4 cup grated parmesan
* 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
* 1 cup frozen peas

Instructions:
1. Cook the bacon and the shallot in a saucepan over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, or until the bacon is browned.
2. Stir the soup, broth and 1/2 cup cheese in the saucepan and heat to boil. Stir in the spaghetti. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Stir in the peas and sprinkle with remaining cheese just before serving.
