Zoodles Instead of Noodles

Have you ever tried Zoodles? Nope, this isn’t a typo. It is a mix of Noodles and Zucchini that is the base for numerous gluten-free and low-fat recipes.

Easy to Make

All you need is a spiralizer and zucchinis. Once you have that, you already have the base of your dish. Then you can choose, according to your taste what you would like to put on top. Maybe fresh tomato sauce? Or olive oil and parmesan? or Pesto? I mean just do the same as if you were eating pasta. But these ones are healthier and lower in calories. After all, it remains a vegetable.

Easy to Cook

You have different options to cook them (or you could also eat them raw if you would like to). We suggest cooking them on the stovetop with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Very easy and fast. You could also boil them or microwave them or even bake them.
