Simple, 3 Ingredients Grilled Chicken Parmesan recipe

Have a look at this easy and tasty recipe for chicken Parmesan made of 3 ingredients only. One note before getting started: you should know that you can grill the chicken Parmesan (as we do in this recipe) instead of frying it. It is healthier and do not contain as much frying oil.

Prep time:  10 min
Cooking time:  15-20 min

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 jar of tomato sauce
– 2/3 cup shredded parmesan

1. Place the chicken directly on a hot grill and cook the chicken until a little brown.
2. Take the chicken off the grill and place it on a non-stick baking sheet.
3. Top it with about 1 table spoon of tomato sauce and parmesan cheese.
4. Put the heat on high and broil the chicken for about 4 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

You can serve this yummy chicken with a side of pasta, or if you want to be healthier, then with a portion of zucchini. Delicious.
