3 Ingredients for Healthy and Tasty Oats Cookies

Just oats and a few ripe bananas are required for these delicious oats cookies. This recipe is very easy and plus, it is healthier than any other cookies. You won’t feel guilty having a few of them at once.

– 1 cup quick oats
– 2 ripe bananas
– 1 handful of raisins / or you can add chocolate chips

1. Mash 2 ripe bananas in a bowl, and then add 1 cup of quick oats and a handful of raisins (or chocolate chips). Don’t add too many raisins, otherwise the cookies will fall apart.
2. Place about 12-15 small scoops in a greased or non-sticky baking sheet. Put the cookies in the shape you would want them to come out as they won’t change of shape in the oven.
3. Bake it at 350 degrees for 10-15 min.

You can add in your mixture some cinnamon, honey, vanilla or any others mix-ins of your choice. Don’t add too much of them or the cookies won’t stick together.
