Do you like your guacamole spicy or mild? For many of the worldโ€™s more adventurous diners, making spicy guacamole is a great way to up the flavor quotient of one of the most popular and trending dips out there.

Are you looking to try to make this recipe at home? Here is your step-by-step recipe guide to doing so! This recipe makes enough for a dip that should serve 6-8 people.

Ingredients

  • 4 large avocados
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small tomato or 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 1 fresh jalapeno pepper
  • 1 lime
  • 2 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper

Start off by peeling, pitting, and mashing your four large avocados. Once youโ€™ve done this, transfer them into a large bowl.

Next, youโ€™ll want to prepare the other vegetable ingredients. Finely chop and dice the small onion as well as the tomato, putting them into the mashed avocado once youโ€™re finished. Do the same with the jalapeno pepper, being careful to remove the seeds.

  • Olive oil
  • Kosher Salt
  • One garlic clove

Instructions

  • Start off by taking your two slices of fresh bread, adding a little bit of olive oil on the white part, and putting them into a toaster oven. You want to toast them until they are slightly golden-brown.

It’s a very healthy and fast soup that can last in the fridge for several days. The total cooking time for the recipe is half an hour.

Ingredients

For the celery soup, you need:
2 cups of very finely chopped celery
1/3 cup all-purpose unbleached flour
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 finely chopped small yellow onion
1 1/2 cup quality chicken broth
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 minced large clove garlic

Instructions

  • Set the stove to medium-high heat and melt the butter.
  • Add the celery, onions, and garlic to the mix. Cook them together for 5 to 7 minutes. You should wait for the onion to become translucent.

After trying this salmon en croute, you will be so in love that it will become your favorite recipe. The total cooking time is 35 minutes.

Ingredients

The ingredients you need are:
2 boneless, skinless salmon fillets
1 17.5-oz package puff pastry, thawed
1 8-oz package softened cream cheese
1 minced clove garlic
1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cup watercress
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 beaten egg

Instructions

  • Set the oven to 375 F degrees.
  • Get a sieve and put the watercress on it. Add boiling water on top and paper towels.
  • Mix the watercress with the zest of lemon. In a second bowl combine the parsley, cream cheese, dill, and garlic.
  • Get 2 of the pastry sheets and cut them in half. They should be bigger than the fillets. Top each sheet off with 1/2 watercress mix and 1/2 cream cheese mix. Place the salmon on top and add lemon juice.
  • Get the egg and a brush and cover the edges of the puff sheets with it. Wrap the edges of the pastry all over the salmon and make sure they are sealed.

Do you like your guacamole spicy or mild? For many of the worldโ€™s more adventurous diners, making spicy guacamole is a great way to up the flavor quotient of one of the most popular and trending dips out there.

Are you looking to try to make this recipe at home? Here is your step-by-step recipe guide to doing so! This recipe makes enough for a dip that should serve 6-8 people.

Ingredients

  • 4 large avocados
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small tomato or 2 Roma tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 1 fresh jalapeno pepper
  • 1 lime
  • 2 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper

Start off by peeling, pitting, and mashing your four large avocados. Once youโ€™ve done this, transfer them into a large bowl.

Next, youโ€™ll want to prepare the other vegetable ingredients. Finely chop and dice the small onion as well as the tomato, putting them into the mashed avocado once youโ€™re finished. Do the same with the jalapeno pepper, being careful to remove the seeds.

This breakfast, known as pan tumaca con jamรณn serrano, is easy to replicate at home no matter where you live! Hereโ€™s how to make it your own.

Ingredients

  • Two slices of fresh bread
  • One small tomato
  • Spanish jamรณn serrano or prosciutto
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher Salt
  • One garlic clove

Instructions

  • Start off by taking your two slices of fresh bread, adding a little bit of olive oil on the white part, and putting them into a toaster oven. You want to toast them until they are slightly golden-brown.
  • Next, rub the garlic clove onto the two pieces of bread to ensure that they have a bit of garlic essence.
  • After that, cut the tomato in half and then rub it thoroughly onto the toasted bread. You want to be sure that both the juice and some of the flesh rubs off onto it.

It’s a very healthy and fast soup that can last in the fridge for several days. The total cooking time for the recipe is half an hour.

Ingredients

For the celery soup, you need:
2 cups of very finely chopped celery
1/3 cup all-purpose unbleached flour
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 finely chopped small yellow onion
1 1/2 cup quality chicken broth
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 minced large clove garlic

Instructions

  • Set the stove to medium-high heat and melt the butter.
  • Add the celery, onions, and garlic to the mix. Cook them together for 5 to 7 minutes. You should wait for the onion to become translucent.
  • Now add the flour and continue cooking for one more minute.
  • Once that’s done, pour in the milk, chicken broth and start stirring the mixture. It should become thicker.

Ingredients

The ingredients you need are:
2 boneless, skinless salmon fillets
1 17.5-oz package puff pastry, thawed
1 8-oz package softened cream cheese
1 minced clove garlic
1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 cup watercress
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 beaten egg

Instructions

  • Set the oven to 375 F degrees.
  • Get a sieve and put the watercress on it. Add boiling water on top and paper towels.
  • Mix the watercress with the zest of lemon. In a second bowl combine the parsley, cream cheese, dill, and garlic.
  • Get 2 of the pastry sheets and cut them in half. They should be bigger than the fillets. Top each sheet off with 1/2 watercress mix and 1/2 cream cheese mix. Place the salmon on top and add lemon juice.
  • Get the egg and a brush and cover the edges of the puff sheets with it. Wrap the edges of the pastry all over the salmon and make sure they are sealed.
