3 Easy Salad Dressings To Brighten Your Dinner

Everyone is familiar with the feeling of falling into an inspiration rut. Trying out a new salad dressing is an easy way to bring some new flavors to your meal, so here are a few tasty ideas. 

Lemon Tahini Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and olive oil.
  2. Thin the dressing with water until you achieve your desired consistency, and top with salt and pepper. 

Asian Ginger Sesame Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey

In a small jar, combine all the ingredients. Shake or whisk to blend the ingredients thoroughly and enjoy! 

Creamy Avocado Cilantro Lime Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Use it to add a fresh and creamy element to your salads.
