The Guide to an Easy and Satisfying Breakfast Hashbrown Bake

Mornings can be hectic, but that doesn’t mean you have to skimp on a delicious breakfast. Enter the Breakfast Hashbrown Bake—a hearty, crowd-pleasing dish that’s as easy to make as it is satisfying. This one-pan wonder combines crispy hashbrowns, savory eggs, and gooey cheese for a meal that’ll fuel you through even the busiest of days.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (30 oz) package frozen hashbrowns, thawed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together hashbrowns, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
  3. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish to form a crust.
  4. Bake for about 25 minutes until it starts to brown.
  5. While the crust is baking, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  6. Pour this mixture over the hashbrown crust.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  8. Bake for another 25-30 minutes until the eggs are set and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
