Ingredients:
- 1 (30 oz) package frozen hashbrowns, thawed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together hashbrowns, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
- Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish to form a crust.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until it starts to brown.
