- 1 pound shrimp
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup Parmesan
- 1 egg yolk

- 3 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons flour

- Cook the fettuccine according to the instructions on its packaging. Reserve a cup of pasta water when done.
