Ingredients:
- 5 large bell peppers
- 1 chili pepper
- 3 finely sliced garlic glove
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Grill the bell peppers and the chili pepper until their skin is completely black.
- Let the peppers cool and then peel off the skin. Remove the seeds.
- Chop the peppers as small as possible and move them into a bowl.
