This Grilled Peppers Salad is the Perfect Side Dish

This quick salad is always a success. It can be used as a side dish when making a BBQ or just enjoyed over a fresh piece of bread. If you can grill the peppers over an open fire you’ll get an extra smoky taste. Here’s how to make it.

Ingredients:

  • 5 large bell peppers
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 3 finely sliced garlic glove
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Grill the bell peppers and the chili pepper until their skin is completely black.
  2. Let the peppers cool and then peel off the skin. Remove the seeds.
  3. Chop the peppers as small as possible and move them into a bowl.
  4. Add the garlic cloves, olive oil, and vinegar to the bowl and season with salt and pepper.
