You Need Less Than Five Ingredients to Make Bell Pepper Rings

Onion rings have been ruling the world for quite some time, but they’ve finally found a worthy opponent in a similar dish. Bell pepper rings are super-delicious, and you need less than five ingredients to make them at home.

This tasty snack is often served with onion rings, but they can also serve as a great replacement in case you’re not crazy about the taste of onions. In addition to containing only a handful of ingredients, this dish can be made pretty quickly and it’s a perfect appetizer you can serve to surprise guests.

Ingredients:

  • 3 bell peppers
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Dip or sauce of your choice

Instructions:

  1. After washing your red, green, or yellow bell peppers, cut them into thicker rings.
  2. Crack your eggs into a smaller bowl, and mix them up with your breadcrumbs. Dip the bell pepper rings into the egg mixture before frying them.
  3. After heating up the olive oil, fry your bell pepper rings in a deep frying pan or a skillet on medium heat.
  4. Once your bell pepper rings turn golden brown, place them on a paper napkin to soak up the excess oil, and serve them with a dip or sauce of your choice.
