Out of all the tasty foods out there (and there are obviously a lot), one of our absolute favorites is chicken breast. Not only is it super delicious, but it’s also one of the healthiest and most satisfying sources of protein you can eat. If you’re looking to add chicken breast into your cooking routine, here are three different ways you can prepare it.

Crispy Chicken Breast (Schnitzel)

We figured we’d start our foray into chicken breast varieties with one of the most popular: crispy chicken breast, or schnitzel as many call it. This is made by dipping the raw chicken breast into eggs, then flour, and then breadcrumbs before frying it up.

Marinated Chicken Breast

If you’re someone who loves sauces, marinated chicken breast is an excellent option for you to try. All you really have to do is find your optimal sauce of choice and marinate the chicken breast with it before cooking it.

Grilled Chicken Breast

But if you’re not looking to add all of the bells and whistles, the best option you should go with is grilled chicken breast. This is pretty much as basic as you’re going to get, because you don’t really add anything to it—although we’d recommend sprinkling some good seasonings on there. When done right, grilled chicken breast is one of the tastiest dishes around.
