Fish is an excellent source of protein and it’s incredibly tasty. There are endless fish recipes for the whole family to enjoy, but some of them are easier to prepare than others. Here are some of our top fish recipes that are both simple to make and bursting with flavor.

Chia Coated Salmon

This quick, easy, and healthy dish is low in carbohydrates, gluten-free, and totally delicious. Pan fry chia coated salmon over medium-high heat until the skin is crispy and the chia seeds are nice and crunchy. Serve with fennel, pickled onions, and some fresh dill.

Moqueca

This popular Brazilian dish is bursting with flavor and can be made in about 20 minutes. You can make it with your choice of fish, although we recommend using chunks of monkfish. Sear the monkfish in olive oil, fry some onions, and then simmer in a mixture of coconut milk, chopped tomatoes, chilies, and lime.

Lemon Sole

Place your sole fillets skin-side down on a baking tray and oven cook for about 25 minutes. When the skin is nice and crispy, serve with fresh lemon juice, dill, leaks, and a creamy crème fraiche sauce. Tip: you can fry the leeks with the crème fraiche, salt, and pepper if you want to add even more flavor.
