Celebrate October With Tasty Pumpkin Pudding

Are you ready for pumpkin everything? With the start of autumn, there is one taste you’ll be seeing everywhere. This pumpkin pudding will help you celebrate the best season ever.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 3 slightly beaten large eggs
  • 1 15-oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1 3/4 cups half-and-half
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • chopped pecans
  • cinnamon sugar
  • whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. Get a baking dish and spray it with cooking spray or add some butter to it.
  2. Set the oven to 350 F degrees.
  3. Mix the pumpkin puree, salt, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, half-and-half, vanilla extract, brown sugar, eggs, and ground ginger in a bowl.
  4. Mix them on low speed until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Transfer the pumpkin pudding to the baking dish.
  6. Grab a large pan and fill it with water up to 1 inch. Place the baking dish in the pan.
  7. Put them together in the oven and leave them in for 55 to 65 minutes.
  8. To check the pudding you can use a knife. Put it inside the dish and it should be clean, that’s when the pudding is done.
  9. When the time is up, top it off with chopped pecans, whipped cream, and cinnamon sugar.
