Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 125 g butter
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 2 cups rice bubbles
  • 185 g pack Maltesers, cut in half
  • 395 g tin condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 250 g pack plain sweet biscuits

Instructions

Prepare a baking tin before you start making the Maltesers slice.

Crush the biscuits and pour them in a bowl.

Get a heat-proof bowl and fill it with the cocoa, butter and condensed milk. Place it in the microwave and wait for the ingredients to melt.

Include the rice bubbles, crushed biscuits, and 3/4 cup of halved Maltesers.

Mix again to combine all these ingredients together.

Get the dough and place it on the tin. Use pressure to distribute it all over.

Combine the coconut oil and white chocolate, then melt them in the microwave. Add the melted chocolate on top of the slice.

Grab the rest of the Maltesers and add them to the chocolate. Place the tin in the fridge and you can serve it once the chocolate is firm. Cut it into slices.
