There is nothing better than finding a very healthy recipe that also takes only 15 minutes. This broiled parmesan tilapia is what you’ll want to have for lunch and dinner several times a week. The coolest thing is that you don’t need any cooking experience to prepare it, it’s that easy!
Ingredients:
- 2 lb tilapia fillets
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup parmigiano-reggiano cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions:
- Turn the oven on and set it to broiling.
- Prepare a broiling pan with cooking spray or with foil.
- Combine the lemon juice, butter, cheese, and mayonnaise together in a bowl.
- Add onion powder, celery salt, and basil to the mix.
- Mix all the ingredients together to combine them well.
- Place the tilapia fillets in the broiling pan in one layer.
- Put the pan inside the oven, located several inches from the heat.
- Leave it in for 2 to 3 minutes, then turn the fillets to the other side.
- After 2 to 3 minutes you can take out the pan and add the cheese mix all over the fish.
- Continue cooking for 2 more minutes. Enjoy your broiled parmesan tilapia.
