Deli Rolls: A Delicious and Easy Addition to Your Dinner

Allow us to spice up your dinner menu with this classic crowd pleaser. Deli roll is an innovated and way to combine a few yummy ingredients for a cost effective week night dinner, or as a side at a more lavish dinner party. This delicious recipe can be made with your choice of toppings, and the possibilities are endless. It can even be made with tortilla wraps instead of puff pastry.


  • Frozen Puff Pastry sheets (usually 2 per box)
  • 1 C Duck sauce
  • 3/4 C deli roll mustard
  • Deli meat of your choice (turkey, salami, and/or pastrami is traditionally used)
  • 1 egg
  • Sesame seed or everything but the bagel seasoning


  • Preheat oven the 375 degrees
  • In a small mixing bowl combine duck sauce and deli mustard
  • Lay out the defrosted puff pastry sheets
  • With a basting brush, brush the mixture on the pastry
  • Layer the deli on the sheets, one over the other
  • Roll the pastry into a roll, holding the meat on the other end so it does not slip out
  • Place the rolls on rolls on a lined baking sheet
  • Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
  • Let it cool for at least 10 minutes and serve with a side of mustard or ketchup and enjoy!
